hahaha that is funny Ronnie. Yeah it was hop able definitely for someone like you. But it was a tad greasy and eli tried it a few times and bent his chainring in the attempt..
It was faster to dismount and run that beeyitch although my ankles are f'd from 11 x doing that and 11 x doing the sand pit! What a great course! Next year will be even better. Full squadra of Hup next year! And wait til you see the house Eli hooked us up with.
Love the running behind the rider filming!
ReplyDeleteEli shot the video it is his soccer background! I swear he was running faster than the racers! Plus it makes us look like we were flying!
ReplyDeleteawesome....
ReplyDeletenext year we're taping around that tree - no curly short cutting!!!!
That barrier in the video looked like it was screaming "BUNNYHOP ME BUNNYHOP ME". Nice video, looked like it was a cool course.

These videos always make me motion sick, but I can't stop watching them.
ReplyDeleteronnie - behind that little barrier was a big squishy mess... sink your wheel in and endo if you hop it wrong.
ReplyDeletethe far left side was driest, but there was a big rock that made hopping and riding that line tough.
when you have an engineer, an overthinker and an architect designing a course... well most things are well thought out...
except lap time... it SEEMED like a long course when we were setting it up...
